Degerminator with Japan Technology and South Africa Experience, which is designed to scrub the bran skin from the maize Kernel and to dislodge the germ from its cavity, with the minimum reduction in size of the broken fragments.

Controlling system:
Touch screen control/Schneider electric components/high quality switch/standard cable connection.
PLC control, with realize by touch screen, like the mobile, all the program is inside, you can operate the machine by the touch screen, it's more convenient to operate.

Cleaning section maize/corn flour mill:	1. High speed vibrating sieve:	For primary cleaning of raw  maize through exchanging sieve  plate of different spec.It can  remove the light impurities/dust  by collocating with vertical air separator.
	2. Gravity classify destoner:	For remove same-sized stones and clods in the maize, with good effect of grading and destoning, Lower power consumption, Lower noise. It can remove the light impurities/dust by collocating with vertical air separator.
	3. Moisture Damper:	Designed by European technology, Double-layer which can reduce free water, then the maize meal quality will be better. Large water adding,uniform moisturizing, lower power consumption.
	4. Degerminator:	Japan technology,new style machine. Scrub the bran skin from the maize kernel and  dislodge the germ from its cavity. Produce super white maize meal with the minimum  reduction in size of the broken fragments.
	5. Rotating sieve:	Playing a good role in separating grains in different  grades according to different size and weight. Widely used in maize flour processing.

The cleaner,the roller millparameter, the plansifter sieve all are different. As professional manufacture for maize meal or flour,cannot processing maize and wheat same time.
