1. Automatic complte line including cleaning, degerminating, milling, packing and controlling systems.
2. Complete function including clean corn, peel corn, and grind corn into corn flour and corn grits.
3. Clean corn to remove stone, metal, sand and all sorts of impurities.
4. Peel corn to remove corn skin, remove corn germ, remove black corn hilum. After cleaning and peeling, it prepares best corn material for further processing into corn flour or grits.

1. Cleaner of maize milling machines

The maize flow into the first sieve surface through feeding entrance. Inside this surface, large impurity on the upper sieve is discharged to the hopper.

The maize through first sieve surface to the second sieve surface for continual filter.

The small impurity is discharged on the soleplate straightly, the clean stock on the upper sieve surface come to the discharging hopper through the suction road.

 

2. Pneumatic Roller mill of maize milling machines

 

The roller mill is the main equipment of flour mill line. Depending on a pair of grinding rollers, which have differences in speed and rotate oppositely, wheat or maize endosperm is peeled from bran coat and rolled into flour via squeezing, cutting, peeling and scraping.

• Separate cylinder clutch rolling mechanism, to ensure the stability of the rolling distance, Independent and precise fine adjustment mechanism of mill gap.
• Core mill with a rolling chamber from the suction, not powder;
• The pneumatic servo feeding system has high sensitivity and good stability
• The partitioned paneling and swing-out feed module guarantee ideal access to the feeding and grinding rolls. This makes residue-free cleaning possible. 

3. Sifter of maize milling machines
 

High efficiency sifting, mix-proof to get crediblerun, a perfect classification machine, and also used for flour checking or less stock classifying, siftering in large size flour factory.

The cleaner,the roller millparameter,the plansifter sieve all are different.As professional manufacture for maize meal or flour,cannot processing maize and wheat same time.
