But if you intend to supply high quality corn flour products, you would have to take care of maize cleaning ,degerminating and corn conditioning prior to milling.Maize cleaning involves grading of the corn according to certain characteristics and blending some grades to obtain the desired corn flour.  Maize conditioning involves adding a certain quantity of water, and allowing the prepared corn to stand for several hours. Then the actual milling process begins to produce flour, grits and bran.

The corn flour is then bagged and usually stored for several days to age prior to delivery to makers of corn flour, corn meal,v grits. You can also sell the bran and corn germ to makers of animal feeds or oil line.
